How old are you?
About 3 - perfect mix of energetic & playful yet calm & cuddly
Where did you come from?
My family could no longer care for me, so they took me to Animal Control. GPG saw me, recognized me from their work in the Community that they serve, and took me in. I now live in an awesome foster home with a Great Dane for a brother... And I thought I was big!
If you were a human, what would your profession be and why?
I'd be a Wildland Firefighter. I love being a part of a team and having comradere. The outdoors is a comforting environment for me, and I would do anything to give back to the community. I am pretty resilient, am open to change, and am a great communicator! Some of the key features needed to be a firefighter 😉
What are your top 3 favorite things?
1. Getting time outside to wander and play (whether that be in a fenced in backyard or on walks, I don't mind!)
2. Lounging downtime is where I like to spend most of my day. Couches are great, dog beds are the best, floors are still my jam for cooling off, and beds are the occassional treat to snuggle with the ones I love the most!
3. My all time favorite thing to do is to play the shadow game! Whether its laying by your feet at the computer while you work, waiting outside the bathroom while you shower and get ready, or are cleaning around the house... I love to be by your side. Even with a Rumba doing its thing I stay out of the way and try to keep the place tidy!
What does your ideal home look like?
My ideal home would just be filled with lots of love! I'm not particular... I could be in a home by myself or be a great sibling to another dog as I work well with all types big and small! I am very patient and understanding, so we have time to figure each other out. 🙂 A home with a fenced in backyard would be AMAZING... or someone who enjoys walks as much as I do. I am crate trained, potty trained, and have a few tricks up my sleeve (although for now "sit" seems to be the main one that seems to stick), so it'd be awesome if we could continue learning so many cool things in my new home!.
